Proceeds benefit ACTHSA Memorial Fund is earmarked specifically to support ACTHSA Members, Associate Members, as well as Highway Department Employees with emergency medical assistance, funeral cards, and flowers. Additionally, the ACTHSA Memorial Fund offers college scholarship opportunities to high school graduates, within our Allegany County school system, pursuing careers within aligning trades.
